LIVE 8 London ticketing was facilitated by O2, with all the UK's network operators getting behind the event and waiving their normal premium rate text charges
Unfortunately the customer care line for Live8 Hyde Park tickets is now closed.
All tickets have now been dispatched and no further dispatches will take place as delivery can now not be guaranteed.
We have kept the lines and email open until 12 noon Friday 1st July. It is not possible for us to handle any more enquiries and guarantee tickets to be delivered or picked up.
All enquiries emailed through before 12 noon Friday will be dealt with this afternoon and if it is a legitimate claim arrangements will be made so that you can collect your tickets close to the event.
We also regret that we cannot help those who have lost tickets or had them stolen.
If your enquiry is relating to disabled access and information and we already have your details, you will be contacted directly by the promoter before the event. Your details have been passed on and you will be contacted.
If you have entered one of the competitions for UK tickets, thank you for your support.
All the ticket competitions are now closed for the UK events.
There are a few tickets available for a special screening of the London LIVE 8 event, also in Hyde Park. See below for more details.
If you have a ticket for the Edinburgh 50,000 event, and would like help with your travel arrangements, please follow the link on the concerts page.
For the events outside the UK, ticket and access information will be posted here on the 29th June.
Another 55,000 free tickets to see the star-studded LIVE 8 concert in London's Hyde Park this Saturday are up for grabs.
The additional places are not for the concert itself but for an area with giant screens south of the Serpentine Lake to allow people to catch the excitement of the event.
Organisers said pairs of tickets will be handed out free of charge from 3pm on Wednesday at selected venues in London and around the UK.
Tickets will be restricted to two per person issued on a first-come, first-served basis, at the following locations in London: Carling Hammersmith Apollo; Stargreen Tickets (Argyll Street); The Apollo Victoria; The Dominion Theatre.
For fans outside London, tickets will also be handed out under the same conditions starting at 3pm on Wednesday at: Birmingham Alexandra Theatre; Bristol Hippodrome; Cardiff International Arena; Manchester Palace Theatre; Oxford New Theatre; Southampton Guildhall.
If the tickets are not all gone by 7pm at any venue, distribution will stop for the night and doors will reopen at 10am next morning.
