Terms & Conditions
- Promotion is open to UK residents and residents of the Channel Islands aged 16 or over, excluding employees of O2 (UK) Limited, (”O2”) all promoters involved in Live 8, Mobile Interactive Group Ltd, Trinity Street Ltd or the trustees of the Band Aid Charitable Trust or any of their subsidiary companies, their families, agents or anyone else connected with this promotion. O2 reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.
- The promotion runs from 1minute past midnight on Monday 6 th June 2005 to 12 o'clock midnight Sunday 12 th June 2005.
- The promotion is open to all UK and Channel Islands mobile users from all UK networks . Alternatively, entry into the promotion may be achieved by sending a postcard with your full name and address, along with your answer to the question, to:

Applications received before 1pm on Friday 10th June will be entered into the draw. Any applications received after 1pm on Friday 10th June will not be eligible. No more than one entry per envelope. - No purchase necessary.
- There are 66,500 pairs of tickets to be won. Each ticket will admit one person to Live 8 London, in Hyde Park on 2 nd July 2005. If you need a "special access" ticket due to disability or other access issues, you will find out how to apply for one when you receive your winning tickets.
- No cash or credit alternatives will be offered. Tickets cannot be transferred, replaced or re-sold.
- There is no limit to the number of times an individual can be entered into the promotion, but they must fulfil the required criteria each time to qualify. Each individual address received via post or number received via SMS can only win one pair of tickets.
- Winners will be selected at random from all entries received by 12 o'clock midnight Saturday 12 June 2005. Mobile telephone entrants who win will be notified via text message and then have to claim their tickets online. The closing time for claiming winning tickets online is 12 noon 20 th June. Online claimants will be able to collect their tickets from a selected O2 store, or pay £2 to receive their tickets by recorded delivery. Tickets must be collected in store by closing time of the selected store on 27 th June 2005. Postal entrants who win will be notified by post and will receive their tickets by recorded delivery. Postal entrants can only receive their tickets by recorded delivery but no charge will be made for thi s . The Promoter reserves the right to select alternative winners in the event that winners cannot be contacted within a reasonable time or if tickets are unclaimed.
- Tickets are issued subject to these terms and conditions and those that appear on the reverse of the ticket.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for: any tax liability caused/incurred by an individual or business relating to this promotion, entries lost, delayed or damaged in the post or in transmission; nor for any cancellation, postponement of Live 8 or any substitution or non-appearance of performers at Live 8.
- The Promoters' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The Promoter reserves the right, where it considers there to have been any breach of these Terms and Conditions, any fraud or any abuse of the promotion, to refuse any application, deny entry into the promotion or seek reimbursement of any tickets awarded. This competition is governed by English Law.

- Promotion is open to UK residents and residents of the Channel Islands aged 16 or over, excluding all promoters involved in "Edinburgh 50,000 - The Final Push", Live 8, Mobile Interactive Group Ltd, TicketMaster or the trustees of the Band Aid Charitable Trust or any of their subsidiary companies, their families, agents or anyone else connected with this promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.
- The promotion runs from 6am on Monday 13th June 2005 to 12 o'clock midnight Saturday 18th June 2005.
- The promotion is open to all UK and Channel Islands mobile users from all UK networks. Each entry costs £1.50 plus your operator's standard text charge. Ask the bill payer's permission before texting. All the funds generated from the text competition will go directly to funding the event costs, with any surplus being invested into an African school-building programme. Alternatively, entry into the promotion may be achieved by sending a postcard with your full name and address, along with your answer to the question, to:
